#CitiTrends Episode 24: The Future of News vs Solving the online payment problem in Ghana

This week has been great on the technology front and a lot of things have happened that could change the way we view our world.

On #CitiTrends this week we speak to three young tech entrepreneurs in Ghana who want to use the power of money money to solve the headaches of online payments. They are Kofi Genfi, Nii Osae Osae Dade and David Letsa of Mazzuma. Their average age is 21.

We also have a conversation about the future of news. We hear from Dan Gillmor, internationally recognized author and leader in new media and citizen-based journalism; Ethan Zuckerman, world acclaimed media scholar, blogger, and Internet activist and also the director of the MIT Center for Civic Media and  Nnenna Nwakanma, a free and open source software expert and leading advocate for affordable Internet in Africa. They were all speakers at an event organised by penplusbytes on the future of news.
